Payment is made via PayPal with or without a PayPal account.
We also accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
PAYMENT THROUGH STRIPE
Stripe is a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.
Cloud Cuckoo Design retains the right to change prices at any time.
All products are made to order; and shipped Monday-Friday inclusive. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class post and is free of charge on all orders over £125 to mainland UK destinations.
International deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked and Signed services; and are expected to deliver within 5-10 working days.
Images and designs may vary slightly from the ones viewed on your device.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PARCELS
If there is any damage to your parcel/package upon receipt; please document and photograph all damage, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us at: email@example.com. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
No tape is to be attached to the product.
The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.
When returned goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement with Cloud Cuckoo Design. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you.
For you to place an order with www.cloudcuckoodesign.co.uk we need the following information: name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
For you to sign up for our monthly we need the following information: email.
We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you when you place an order; and when you have signed up for our newsletter.
Personal information registered with Cloud Cuckoo Design is kept for five years, after that the data will be deleted. We save your e-mail address to send you an order confirmation. Your name and address will show on the label of your package with your order.
When collecting personal information through our website, we do so with your express consent.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION?
The Directors and the staff of Cloud Cuckoo Design have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer data encrypted.
We do not transmit encrypted customer information.
Information provided to is never disclosed or sold in any way to third parties. You have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have the right to, upon request, be informed which information we have registered about you and take exception to a registration according to the general data protection regulations. If the information is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
